Overview of the Team
This position reports to the CEO and performs professional-level human resources, operation and financial reporting. This is a remote position and hiring managers works from NJ, USA.
Job Description:
You will be a key member of the company’s leadership team, and you will be responsible for the following functional areas: employee relations, payroll, training, leave administration, exit interview of terminated employees; maintenance of employee files and records; new hire processing and orientation, performance management and compensation administration (in cooperation with the hiring managers); liaising between company employees, managers and leadership on human resources issues; coordinate corporate-wide and office programs and events; recommend program and process improvements to company leadership and the CEO.
You will also partner with external vendors for payroll, healthcare, annual reporting, outside counsel etc. to ensure consistent application of HR policies, as well as state and central laws and practices at all company locations.
In addition to the above, you will be managing all non-tech staff to ensure smooth operation. Like proctor scheduling, student support etc.
Provide service in a pleasant, helpful, and effective manner to our students, members of the college community and the public.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Industrial/Labor Relations, or a related field required. Any professional HR certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in HR laws, facilitating employee issues and conflict resolution; maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and information.
- Highest levels of personal maturity and integrity required.
- Knowledge of computers and productivity software like MS Word, Excel and video conferences.

You will be coordinating activities with the marketing, sales and product team. Our growth head will supervise your work and provide assistance to make you efficient. With senior management you will primarily demo to potential customers, onboard new customers, train them with our software. Training will be provided to you. Responsibilities:
Help students to conduct the exams (tests). You have to watch him/her taking the exam via video.
Answer questions of the instructors. Documenting all the interactions.

What you’ll do
- Contribute to “Beyond Exam”s applied machine learning research team
- Coordinate with the product team and the rest of the engineering team to define goals for your team that are aligned with overall company initiatives
- Write tooling and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities
- Work with a world-class engineering & research team
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of industry experience as a contributor in computer vision
- High emotional intelligence and experience mentoring other researchers
- Good understanding of how to communicate goals, drive the execution of projects, and inspire through others
- Experience in translating product and business objectives into technical strategies
- Deep interest in productionizing state of the art ML research
